Never again... wife received roses that were nearly dead. I brought them back and they said they only guarantee them for a day or so (I forgot how long now). Anyhow, they get two stars because they were willing to replace them but the ones they replaced them with never opened up and died within 2 days. Shop at HyVee on East 10th. My wife is still enjoying her roses from a week ago and they are still the same as when I bought them. Never again will I get flowers from Sunshine Floral in Brandon, SD.

I met with Pam for a wedding consultation. She was very helpful and very friendly! My next encounter was to call and ask a few other questions, the manager Megan answered. She had attitude and acted as though my questions were an inconvenience to her. I just assumed she was having a bad day. The next few times I called, she approached me the same way. I again, just assumed she was having a bad day. I had decided to go with them for my wedding, BECAUSE Pam was so friendly and understood what I wanted for my big day. The location was also very convenient, beings my wedding is in Brandon. For my own verification, I was supposed to go pick up a receipt for my $100 deposit, but had decided I was going to just pay my bill in full with them. I called to let them know I would be in later that week to give them my full payment. Megan answered the phone and again had the same attitude with me. Stating she hasn't had time to sit down and finalize anything yet and she didn't want my full payment. I was disappointed and had said maybe since her and I were having difficulty communicating effectively together, I would just go through Pam for my needs moving forward. She agreed and we ended the conversation on a good note. I had missed a call from Megan shortly after and had a voice-mail from her. The voice-mail was her saying she thinks it would be best if they didn't do my wedding flowers because she is the manager and has to be involved with every wedding. I was to give her a call back so I can verify she can return my deposit. I had called her back and apologized for missing her call, said I agreed she can go ahead and return my deposit, & thanked her for giving me that opportunity. She still had her same attitude and continued to say how I was confusing with what I wanted from them from the beginning and didn't act like I wanted them to do my flowers. I wasnt going to argue anymore with her and decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, which is unfortunate because Pam is a very helpful florist.

Talked to Pam this morning around 8am to get some flowers ready for my friend and sent to her before 1pm and she did a great job! The flowers were so beautiful & my friend loved them! Not only was Pam a sweetheart, she did amazing with the flowers! Thank you!
