Appalling. This rating is ZERO stars, but it won't let me choose that option. My dad asked me to return 5 cases of Poise pads he had purchased for my mother. She passed away, and he wanted to return them vs. throwing them away. Their "policy" is no return without receipt - he of course didn't have one. Took me demanding to talk to the store manager and getting mad to get them to return it. No apology from the store manager on my mother's death or her behavior during the transaction. Take a lesson on customer service and on being kind. Horrible.
