I really liked every part of my job here, except the lack of communication and its impact on my safety and earnings.
Well maintained equipment and the Brandon Shop is as clean as a Ferrari shop.
I liked the lack of micromanagement. Communication with and amongst the Brandon location employees could use an overhaul.
If you want to work old school you will like it here and experience is a necessity for this job.
